STS Motors manufacturers a range of permanent magnet motors for use in industrial and safe areas, available in several frame sizes with outputs and supply to suit requirements.

Supply and output

Available in 12-72V and 90-180V supply ranges

  • 12-72V supply range, outputs from 0.25kW to 2.0kW.
  • 90-180V supply range, outputs from 0.12kW to 1.3kW.

Ambient temperature ranges.

  • Standard -20°C to +40°C
  • Extreme -40°C to +60°C

Enclosure

  • Ventilated to IP22
  • Totally enclosed IP54, higher is available upon request.

Frame sizes and mounting

  • Both supply ranges are produced in IEC frame sizes with IEC, NEMA or custom flange / face mounting, with or without feet.

Manufacturing standards

  • Manufactured and tested in line with the requirements of the IEC/EN60034-1.

  • In-line or right-angle drive gearboxes, pumps, brakes and tacho-generators or encoders can be supplied fitted.
